The joy of working with Learners (Residents) is that we create schedules that work around their academic commitments, preceptor requirements, and human needs, to positively impact the future of healthcare.

Many clients collect data but don’t use it effectively. I help them make better-informed decisions by using the data generated through MetricAid schedules.

During the COVID-19 crisis, we quickly turned around staffing solutions and added software functionality that helped our clients meet the constantly changing needs of their staff and patients.

After we release a feature, our development team will iterate it to better meet clients’ needs. We let you “live in it,” then use your feedback to optimize it.
